Job Summary:

Bagel Bakers make our authentic NY style Bagels, Bakers Make Bagel Dough, Boil then Bake Bagels, and also do some food prep.

Job duties:

Check production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake
Measure and mix ingredients to form dough according to recipe
Form dough into bagels
Proof and retard bagels
Boil Bagels
Bake Bagels
Bake assorted Pastries
Misc Food Prep
(If Full Time is desired) Making Sandwiches and waiting on Customers
